Ash has lived in the Fort Wayne area for over 30 years. He began his Insurance career with American Family Insurance in 1995. In 2000 he became an Independent Agent, owner of Integrity Insurance & Financial Services. Ash worked in retail sales and management at a variety of locations which afforded him a wealth of community networking in the Greater Fort Wayne area. He also attended Indiana/Purdue Fort Wayne University majoring in Electorical Engineering. Ash is happily married with 5 children and attends Grace Point Church where he enjoys volunteering his time as Director of Upward Sports for Pre-K and Elementary aged children. He is also a volunteer speaker at High School Driver's Education classes.

Monika has worked in the insurance industry with Ash since 1998 and is licensed in Property and Casualty, as well as Life, Accident & Health. She was born and raised in Ohio and is a graduate of Bowling Green State University. Monika and her husband, a Fort Wayne native, reside in Fort Wayne with their adopted dog, Molly. They attend Brookside Church where Monika enjoys participating in the Ladies Bible Studies.
